With over 17 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry, Dominic progressed from managing warehouse operations to leading as a branch manager. He built and led high-performing teams, negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, and managed P&Ls and inventory at scale.
This extensive background in leadership and customer service prepared him for the rigors of working in real estate investing. He handles seller and agent outreach, prequalification, and negotiation processes.

Elijah Lamppin
Elijah has a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace. His analytical expertise and risk-mitigation mentality has allowed him to successfully transition into the real estate investing world. In aerospace, safety is non-negotiable, and single-point failures are not permitted. Elijah applies this same mindset to property acquisition and dispositions, preparing strategies to provide layered protections for sellers, investors, and tenant-buyers alike.
He leads deal analysis, creative exit strategy design, and long-term business planning. From evaluating market conditions to structuring fair market offers, he ensures each decision is backed by data instead of claims.
